18-20/12- 2019 and 9-11/1-2020

Join us for 3- Day Freeride/ Ski Touring & Yoga retreat in the Chamonix mountains. Guided on skis by our wonderful mountain guide Johanna Stålnacke, and on your yoga mat by registered Vinyasa yoga teachers Riina Laitinen and Ebba Sydow.

Ski touring is a unique way to experience these magnificent mountains, get away from the crowds and find the best snow. Yoga practice is a beautiful way to connect to your body – And meditation offers you a chance to turn your attention inwards, discovering your inner mountains and lakes. We will push ourselves gently and experience the magnitude of the Mont-Blanc Massif – whilst finding stillness and silence in mind and body on our mats at the refuge “in the middle of nowhere” – yet center of the universe.

Our 3 Days & 2 Nights accommodation will be at Refuge de Lognan by the foot of the Argentiere glacier in Grand Montets, where we will practice morning and après-ski yoga and enjoy our meals together.

The retreat starts i the afternoon of the 9th where we meet at the Grand Montets car park and go to the Refuge together to practice our first yoga and mediation lesson, set our intentions for the retreat and have dinner together. We will meet our mountain guide Johanna in the morning for two days of amazing skiing.

You can be new to yoga and ski touring, but have to be a confident skier off piste in all conditions, meaning you can ski varied snow like powder, crust, ice – in a safe way. Please contact us for more information or to clarify the level required.

PRICE for this Retreat is 550€.
