YOGA Chamonix

Ski when your heart wants to and practice yoga when your body needs it. Wear ski boots all day and be barefoot on your mat after. Let your time on your mat complement your time on the mountain. We practice a Vinyasa Flow, in silence in a community where we turn our attention inwards and move with our breath. Move and stay still, live high and low.   Breathing space and love into tired and tense places in the body, to strengthen, prevent injuries and simply get a peace of mind. Come in yoga pants or your ski thermals, hiking or climbing gear. Get energised after work or find stillness after a day exploring Chamonix.

No fuss, just great yoga! I've been going to Snooga's yoga classes for a while now and really notice a difference in how my body bends and folds :) The classes have been an excellent balance to the downhill training I've done during the winter season, but have also included some fun and exploratory inversions! Ebba is a calm and warm-hearted person, who makes everyone feel welcome. See you there!

All you need after a day on the mountain I had been going to Ebbas classes for a while and my body always felt a million times better after. I used tp have a lot of back problems due to snowboarding and tight hips but since going to her classes I feel a lot better. Ebba is very kind and professional! Can't wait to be back!
